The Control of Pollution Oil Storage Regulations 2001 came into effect 1st March 2001. These state that any container tank or drum over 200ltr capacity (with exceptions) must be bunded. The bund must take at least 110% of the oil container capacity. The PRP11 Barrel Bund complies with these new regulations.
