Buying Online.

• At Bennetts.com the security of your transactions and personal information is our priority.
• Our website uses 128bit encryption for a secure online transaction.
• We use Sage Pay and PayPal for online card processing so you do not leave our secure website.
• Sage Pay have been serving the online retail environment since 2001 and are approved by Barclays, HSBC, TSB Lloyds, American Express, Bank of Scotland and more, Sage Pay accept your normal debit or credit cards.  
• When using PayPal we request you use a confirmed/verified PayPal address, this protects you and Bennetts from fraud.

UK and International Delivery.

• Order placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched same day where possible.
• Once you order is placed we will pack your item safely and securely ready for dispatch.
• We use TNT for UK and overseas deliveries, and Royal Mail parcel service (recorded delivery) for small UK items less that 0.5kg.  
• All information will be supplied to customs to improve the delivery time schedule for international deliveries.
• International orders will be sent via TNT International service and normally takes only a few days. (subject to Customs)
• Unless the item is collected from a Bennetts branch, a delivery charge will apply.
• Bennetts distribute customer orders throughtout the world and therefore a competative and accurate delivery charge can only be applied once the delivery option is selected at the checkout.
• Please note, there may be additional delivery, tax, and/or brokerage/customs charges depending on your country.
