UK and International Delivery.

• We will aim to dispatch you order within 3 working days once payment processing is complete.
• Once you order is placed we will pack your item safely and securely ready for dispatch.
• We use Interlink and TNT for UK and overseas deliveries, and Royal Mail parcel service (recorded delivery) for small UK items less that 0.5kg.  
• All information will be supplied to customs to improve the delivery time schedule for international deliveries.
• International orders will be sent via TNT International service and normally takes only a few days. (subject to Customs).
• You can collect from a Bennetts Store, any item purchased online and this is available from the checkout.
• Bennetts distribute customer orders throughout the world and therefore a competitive and accurate delivery charge can only be applied once the delivery location option is selected at the checkout.
• Please note, there may be additional delivery, tax, and/or brokerage/customs charges depending on your country and applied by your local tax dept.
• At the present time our international carrier will not ship to Russia outside of the Moscow district, and all parcels appear to be delayed for extended periods due to customs.  Please contact us before making your purchase to see if we can ship to your location.

Returns. 

We hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we understand that occasionally you may need to cancel or return an item. Before returning any goods please read our Terms & Conditions. A simply summary below: 

• In the case of any return of goods which are not faulty, the returned goods must be unused, in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing, as well as any documentation. Any evidence of fitting, attempted fitting or other usage will lead us to refuse to accept the return of the relevant goods.
• You must inform us of any return requests within 7 working days of receipt of the ordered goods, where you are seeking to return goods in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
• All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply.  We can very often get a replacement out to you very quickly, and arrange collection of the defective item or part.  If the item is faulty, let us now. 

Hug a tree (Recycling).

• At Bennetts we recycle more than 90% of our waste cardboard. Everyday stock is arriving at our stores and we re-use the packaging for onward delivery to customers where possible.  So if you receive an item that is in a reused box just remember it helps to keep the trees happy and the cost of our items competitive.
