Diesel Pump Repair
 We are able to test and overhaul all makes of diesel fuel injection pumps and injectors including: Delphi, Bosch, CAV, Simms, Rotodiesel, Denso, Diesel Kikki and Stanadyne, covering car, light vans, HGV, PSV, agricultural and construction equipment applications.
With our extensive branch network we are able to collect and return units promptly.
At our workshop in Watford we are able to undertake all aspects of work on Diesel vehicles, including the removal and refitting of pumps and injectors and retiming and set up on the vehicle.
Our ongoing commitment to investment means we are able to work on the most modern electronically controlled pumps, using the latest generation of test equipment.
Starters and Alternators
 We test and recondition starter motors, alternators, dynamos and electric motors for all makes of car, light van, HGV, PSV, agricultural and construction equipment. We have an extensive range of exchange units in stock at all our branches and are able to offer a rapid collection and delivery service for all customers.
Electronic Diagnostics
 We offer advanced diagnostics for electronically controlled diesel engines in our fully equipped workshops, including Laser 2000 and the latest DIAMAND computer-based system for Common Rail applications.
 
We are approved distributors of the Delphi Sealed Rail Diagnostic Kit which provides simple, low-cost diagnostic capability for pumps and injectors on Common Rail systems made by all major manufacturers.
